This year is different. Not only does it mark a new year for Reflections By Christina, but it is a year that I really am not doing new resolutions. Which is kinda refreshing. Well, let me clarify on the new resolutions thing, there are some things I want to refine in the goals I’ve already set, but it isn’t due to it being a new year. The only thing that’s really new at this current moment is well this new year and the fact that I am going back to school. I love learning and I thought it would be a good idea to get a second degree to tie in with my photography.
The truth of the matter is. I am excited about it. From my refining my goals to starting a new degree, I will be a busy woman this year. I am looking foreword to these “changes” . Some of the refining things are:
Waking up at 6, instead of 7 or 8 to go walk the dogs.
continuing with my no soda, I had root beer last night it just didn’t float my boat.
Continue and actually Blog twice a week.
Eat more, yes I said eat more. I’ll be eating fruit on my fifteen minute breaks as well as writing if I am not with friends.
Continue to nightly journal, that one I need to pick. Life just gets in the way sometimes, does that ever happen to you?
Keep learning,
Keep crocheting, and keep trying not to burn my dinner. I don’t know what happened. Cooking used to be easy, now well lets just say I’m thankful for another cook in the family. Perhaps I should go back to pork chops, homemade rolls, and brocoli casserole with a yummy dessert. Ah, those were the good ole days.
Honestly, though the biggest change in my life will be school. So looking forward to it. It will different, a busy refreshing different.
A quick side note. I think my family and I discovered a new tradition. Opening Christmas Presents on New Year’s day. It is so cool and amazing. I really enjoyed that.
How about you? Are you doing any new year resolution or refining goals?
